The International Vaccine Design Center was launched on April 1, 2022 at the Institute of Medical Science, University of Tokyo.
In order to contribute to public health with the help of vaccines that aid in controlling the spread of infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, the center aims to promote novel vaccine research with innovative science and technology in IMSUT, which is an international base for collaborative research.
